Vibrant butchers’ craft

Fleischer-Innung Mittelfranken Mitte is a butchers’ guild with 73 member companies. A few years ago, it merged with the Fürth guild. This includes more than 40 companies in Nuremberg. As in the past, the Nuremberg butchers make Nuremberg Bratwursts in the city’s region according to the prescribed recipe. Those who love Nuremberg bratwursts can buy them here fresh at the counter.
