Our butcher’s shop is now in its 4th generation and has been in the same location in the north of Nuremberg since 1927. We are now actively supported by 25 qualified and well-trained staff.

As well as the traditional retail store, our business activities include supplying restaurants, hotels, events and stallholder families in the region with our specialties produced in-house.
We are committed to preserving and developing the family recipes we have used for decades.

Our favorite recipe

There are are a number of different preferred ways of preparing bratwurst in my family, but there is one we can ultimately all agree on: the “Nuremberger” taste best fresh from the grill. It doesn’t matter whether the bratwursts are eaten with or without mustard. Mom’s potato salad is served on the side.
