Partyservice Wahler

Partyservice Wahler GmbH is a family-run, medium-sized catering and butcher’s business based in Nuremberg, which employs 42 staff. The company was founded in 1980 and is now in its third generation of operation. Beginning with a smokehouse in the 1980s, in 1988 it became established as one of the most well-known butcher’s shops in the Südstadt district of Nuremberg.

In 2007, the butcher’s shop relocated from directly next to the Nuremberg wholesale market to Höfen in the western part of the city. The philosophy of the family business is characterized mainly by its down-to-earth nature, proximity to the customers and Franconian specialties. If the customer is happy, so are we!

Our favorite recipe

Our favorite bratwurst recipe is, of course, the classic, authentic Nuremberg Rostbratwurst. We associate the Nuremberg Bratwurst with memories like a family barbecue, or “3 im Weckla” (3 in a bread roll) at the Nuremberg Christmas Market.

At the same time, we love to experiment and create new, innovative Nuremberg Bratwurst recipes so we can offer our customers a wide and exciting range. Our delicious wild garlic bratwurst and Mediterranean lavender bratwurst are examples of our new creations. These special bratwurst are the perfect way to kick off the barbecue season, with nothing standing in the way of a barbecue with the family.
