Die Nürnberger Bratwurst bekommt ein eigenes Museum

Der Schutzverband Nürnberger Bratwürste e.V. kümmert sich seit vielen Jahren um den Schutz und die Bekanntheit der Nürnberger Bratwurst. Jetzt sorgt er dafür, dass sie eine neue Heimat inmitten der Stadt Nürnberg bekommt. Im November 2021 öffnet das Nürnberger Bratwurstmuseum am Trödelmarkt seine Türen.
