Metzgerei Freyberger

Our family-run artisan butcher’s shop was founded in 1958 by Fritz Freyberger. As the third-generation owners, we now produce over 150 homemade sausage, ham and meat specialties. In addition to Nuremberg Bratwurst, our strengths include an assortment of regional and international steak and meat delicacies.

Our favorite recipe

We love barbecues! Others can also learn the art in our barbecue workshops. Of course most of the participants have already mastered the Nuremberg Bratwurst on the barbecue.

Despite this, our favorite meal is a Nuremberg Bratwurst from the grill, with ratatouille vegetables and barbecued potato skewers. They can then be served without mustard or ketchup.
