Why is the Nuremberg Bratwurst so important to you?
We are proud of our skills in bringing together time-honored values and traditional recipes in a way that meets the demands of our time. Our rigorous standards ensure the highest levels of quality. That’s naturally also true for all of our original Nuremberg Rostbratwursts.

The Nuremberg Bratwurst is an evergreen classic. Can such a traditional dish adapt to modern tastes? 
Of course it can. That’s why we’ve introduced a lower-fat version for those of our bratwurst fans who want something a little lighter. As we see it, there’s less fat but just as much flavor.

We have organic bratwursts, too. We source all of our meat only from hand-picked suppliers, and all of Schlütter’s bratwursts are of course produced without the addition of any preservatives or artificial flavor enhancers. Anyone wanting certified organic quality need look no further than original Nuremberg Rostbratwursts from Schlütter.
