Why is the Nuremberg Bratwurst so important to you?
We are a traditional, family-run business. It’s always been important for us to stay true to our roots. Striking out in a new direction shouldn’t mean discarding your hard-won know-how: in fact, past experience is often the foundation you need for an innovation.
