Fleischerinnung Mittelfranken-Mitte

The Mittelfranken-Mitte Butchers’ Guild is a voluntary organization of 71 master butchers from the Central District of Central Franconia. Guild activities primarily focus on sharing information to maintain product quality, lobbying on behalf of member interests, and providing training for newcomers to the trade. The guild’s Executive Director is Thomas Mörtel.
