What makes Bratwursthäusle so special?
Bratwursthäusle looks back on a long tradition. The in-house Nuremberg Rostbratwursts have been grilled on beechwood fire here since 1313. The bratwursts are made right in Bratwursthäusle’s own butchery. Of course we rely on the traditional recipe and experienced butchers to ensure that they have the best possible quality.

So the Nuremberg Bratwurst stands for hospitality?
Yes, and you become aware of this as soon as you enter the restaurant. In the center of the room is a grill, where the delicious little treats are prepared on an open beechwood fire. You’re in a place that is enjoyed by families, friends, couples, young and old. And the guests come from near and far to get the tasty Nuremberg Bratwursts in traditional style on their plates.
